COVID-19 Update:

What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 5-7 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

Cosmeticostore.eu ships to most countries worldwide via Post office for all domestic and international packages.

return & exchange policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or replacement/exchange of product. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (Exception: defective or mis-shipped merchandise will be replaces or fully refunded).

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@cosmeticostore.eu to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the condition of your item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damage products, please contact us at the customer service below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
